I feel like she stops everything she is doing JUST for ME and literally delivers her best work (she actually did go out of her way to figure out the best shipping methods for me). She is a true gift to the craft and a true friend as well at this point. Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Most items are made per order, and will be ready within 14 business days from the date of approved payment. Items specified as "ready for shipment" will of course be shipped right away.
All items are sent insured and registered with a tracking number, and arrive between 4-6 business days.
Custom and personalized orders
Please note that by its nature, handmade jewelry varies ever so slightly from piece to piece.
Special custom orders, that are made per the buyer's request, are non-returnable.
Sizing details
In rings, sizes 8 and above are available with additional cost.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are sent wrapped in a beautiful gift box.

Returns - Custom fees
When shipping back an item, any customs payments will be deducted from the refund issued for that returned item.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know within 7 days after receiving the item. I will give you the return address and will issue a refund once I receive the piece back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
I will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on returned packages.
